WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: ARRIVAL TIMES: 30 Minutes before all activities except Karting and Footgolf 45 Minutes prior to Karting so we can kit up and assign you to Karts. 15 Minutes prior to Footgolf. Failure to arrive and be ready on time will shorten your experience as we cannot allow late arrivals to effect other groups. BALANCE PAYMENT, DAMAGE DEPOSITS, Payment Terms: & AMENDMENTS: Balance payments are due on the day either by card or cash. We ask that group bookings settle in one payment transaction to speed up check in and to get you out on sessions on time. Damage Deposits: For Quad Safari’s & Off Road Karting a £250 damage deposit is taken for the group upon check in, refunded at the end of the session provided no damage has occurred other than general wear and tear. Refund Policy: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your activity date and time. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the customer. If a participant decides not to take part, or if the organiser determines that the participant is unable to take part safely for any reason, no refund will be issued. The organiser’s decision regarding participant safety will be final. Balance Payments - The remaining balance for the booking must be paid in full either prior to the activity date or on arrival. If the balance has not already been paid, it will remain payable if the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period outlined below. Amendments - Booking details (such as participant numbers or date changes) may be amended up to 14 days before the scheduled activity, subject to availability. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. Customer Cancellations More than 14 days before the activity date: The booking may be cancelled; however, the deposit is non-refundable. 14 days or less before the activity date: Cancellations or reductions in confirmed participant numbers will result in the full balance for all booked places remaining payable. No refunds or deductions will be issued. If the full balance has not been paid at the time of cancellation within 14 days of the activity date, the outstanding amount will still be due and payable. Non-Attendance (No Shows) - Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full booking value will remain payable. Parking is Free. All of our activities are outside so please dress for the weather. We recommend comfy activewear clothing, of which short sleeved tops and shorts are fine. Trainers are preferred or comfy closed toe footwear. For motorised activities you CANNOT wear flip flops, beach shoes, crocs or any open toe shoes. All riders for Off Road Karting or Quad Safari’s are required to wear a full head balaclava, you can bring your own or available for purchase at £3 upon check in. If taking part in one of the wet/muddy activities we recommend delegates bring a change of clothes and towel. Changing rooms are available. We recommend you have satisfactory insurance cover to take part in the experience. Devon Country Pursuits LTD does hold adequate insurance for Public Liability and this provides cover for our business’s legal liability to pay damages which result from a negligent act on our part. However as with other hazardous activities such as skiing, mountain biking or surfing we recommend you have your own insurance policy to cover you for accident and injury whilst taking part in any of out activities. We hope that you never need to use your insurance. Max weight 130kg Assault Course - Min age 10yrs Archery, Air Rifles or Laser Clays - Min age 8yrs Laser Tag Min age 6yrs Team Building Activities (Land Raft, Defuse the Bomb, Minefield, Interactive Treasure Hunt) - Min Age 15yrs.
