Terms and Conditions

In exchange for Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney permitting me the use of their Go-Kart equipment and facilities: I agree to the following: I agree to the use of equipment, services, and facilities provided on the following terms and conditions. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: • I am aware that my use of Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney’s equipment, services, and facilities and, in particular, my use of Go Karts carries with it additional dangers and risks of injury, and I agree to accept all dangers and risks. • I agree to assume all risk arising out of my use of equipment, services, and facilities provided by Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney. • I agree to release Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney from all liability, no matter how it arises, in respect of any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of my use of Go Karts. • I agree to indemnify Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney in respect of any legal liability it may have to any third party, which in any way arises from my use or attempted use of any Go Kart equipment, services, or facilities. • I agree to abide by all rules established by Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney regarding the use of their facilities and understand that such use may be forbidden by Go Karts at any time for any reason at all. • I agree that if I do not abide by the required rules, it will result in removal from the track with no refund. • I agree to receive emails of promotions and discounts about events or anything related to Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney. Adult Consent and Indemnity (Where User is Under 18) I am over 18 and I consent to the use by the above-named person of Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney Fun Park’s equipment, services, and facilities on the terms and conditions set out in the paragraphs above, which I have read and understood. In exchange for Extreme Indoor Go Karting Sydney providing such equipment, services, and facilities to the minor or to any third party, which in any way arises from any use or attempted use by the above-named person of any equipment, services, or facilities: • I sign this document on behalf of myself and the above-named person.
